CanadaHammock is great, all we expected. However, more guidance needed on strap selection and connection. The Helios straps were out of stock, so we ordered the Apollo straps which the website said were compatible with the JungleNest Hammock. However, the instructions enclosed on the website and with the Hammock mention connection details for the Helios and Atlas straps, but nothing for Apollo. Customer service was very prompt and helpful in confirming connection details, but a little more guidance on the website and in the instructions would have been helpful to all.
